Schedule:- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Texas time

As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients, fielding inquiries and directing them to the right medical provider. Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail will ensure every patient feels cared for. Leveraging state-of-the-art systems, you’ll schedule appointments, check eligibility, process payments, and keep the medical office running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Politely and professionally answer phone and electronic inquiries
- Schedule medical appointments and procedures
- Confirm appointments and send reminders to patients
- Check insurance eligibility and copays for patients
- Process patient payments
- Route messages and inquiries to correct medical staff member
- Ensure excellent patient experience and satisfaction
Requirements
- 1+ years experience as a Medical Receptionist or similar role
- Proficiency with medical office software and EMR systems
- Strong communication and customer service orientation
- Extremely organized with great attention to detail
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Healthcare administration diploma or certification a plus
