Delivery Coordinator

At RideNow Powersports, we are a leading retailer in the powersports industry, offering a wide range of motorcycles, ATVs, and other powersports vehicles. We are currently looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Delivery Coordinator.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of purchased units and ensuring a smooth handover of ownership to the customer. You will work closely with the sales team, service department, and customers to ensure a positive and seamless delivery experience.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the delivery schedule of purchased units, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to customers.
• Inspect and prepare units for delivery, ensuring they are clean and all accessories are properly installed.
• Review and explain all necessary paperwork to customers, obtaining their signatures for necessary documentation.
• Conduct thorough inspections of units with customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Provide customers with information and instruction on the safe operation and maintenance of their units.
• Follow up with customers after delivery to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns.

Requirements:

• Prior experience working in a similar role, preferably in a powersports dealership.
• Strong knowledge and familiarity with powersports products, including motorcycles, ATVs, and personal watercraft.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and ability to multitask effectively.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed.
