- Master’s degree in a behavioral health field required and a minimum of (5) years or more experience in behavioral health.
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory/program management experience required.
- Licensed as a LPC, LISAC, LCSW or Clinical Psychologist required.
- Must have a fingerprint clearance card issued by Arizona Department of Public safety or eligible to receive within eight (8) weeks of hire.
- Must have valid AZ Driver’s License, state minimum insurance coverage and ability to meet and maintain the company’s acceptable driving requirements.
- Monitors member engagement goals for all staff and collective health home, proactively addresses underperformance, and oversees the coaching and progressive management process to ensure engagement goals are met.
- Consistently communicates the Copa Health vision and mission to staff and behavioral health recipients. Facilitates the integration of a recovery philosophy and the Principles for Persons with a serious mental illness into everyday clinical practice and clinic operations.
