As a Business Manager in the Payments and Lending Innovation team, you will support the Chief of Staff and Heads of Product to drive alignment, momentum, and operational excellence across a dynamic product organization. You will own the business management cadence, shape leadership communications, and build the structures that keep the team focused and moving forward. We count on you to connect the dots, surface what matters, and ensure our strategic vision is consistently reinforced.

Job responsibilities

  • Own the business management cadence for the Payments Heads of Product, driving weekly and monthly routines, meeting agendas, action logs, and follow-ups to ensure decisions are captured and executed on time
  • Coordinate planning and reporting across the Product Leadership team, including roadmap alignment and leadership updates
  • Build and maintain team collaboration pages as a single source of truth for priorities, deliverables, and team guides
  • Improve cross-functional coordination across the payments organization to streamline handoffs and reduce last-minute escalations
  • Drive team culture and engagement by supporting onboarding, standardizing communications, and creating forums that improve collaboration
  • Support organizational needs including headcount tracking and recruiting coordination
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency by generating innovative ideas and solutions
  • Collaborate with business managers across the organization to execute strategic initiatives and monitor outcomes
  • Communicate and influence colleagues at all levels, including senior leaders, with professionalism and clarity
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience 
  • 3+ years of client-facing experience in client engagement, customer success, concierge, hospitality, or relationship management
  • Strong analytical, communication, storytelling, and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior audiences
  • Keen attention to detail and strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to quickly and effectively respond to rapidly changing business needs and urgent requests
  • Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work with a high degree of independence

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Technical fluency and interest in working closely with product teams
  • Familiarity with the payments industry or payments products
