Tradesmen International is immediately hiring motivated Marine Shipfitters for projects located in and around the Jacksonville, FL area. This is a full time opportunity, with a pay range starting at $27/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Marine Shipfitter ready to hone your skills while mastering new ones alongside our accomplished Craft Professionals, this is your chance to advance your career!
Job Scope:
- Layout, Fit, and Tack Structural, Steel Components
- Work on Bulkheads, Frames, Decks, and other Ship Structures
- Use Torches, Grinders, and Measuring Tools
Requirements
- DBIDS & Firewatch Certifications
- OSHA 10 or Maritime Certification; TI Does offer the course to qualified Employees who have yet to obtain the Certification
- Able to Read and Interpret Blueprints and Technical Drawings
