ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Program Management Analyst to join our team in the Lexington Park, MD. This is an onsite position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Performs analysis of program requirements, status, budget, and schedules

• Responsible for program management, technical, or business case analysis

• Participates in or provide support to the Program and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to which they are aligned.

• Collects, complete, organize, and interpret technical and financial data as it relates to acquisition and program activities.

• This position is responsible for tracking program/project status and schedules, applying policies and procedures for financial planning.

Minimum Qualifications:

• A Master of Science (MS) or Master of Art (MA) in Business, Management, Technical, or Scientific area and a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in a program management, technical, or equivalent education and years of experience may be accepted in lieu of Masters Degree and 10 yrs of min relevant experience.

• Experience processing program acquisition, funding, and contract documentation for military programs is required.

• Experience in program/project management support, earned value management, and scheduling is required.

• Experience analyzing program requirements, status, budgets, and schedules.

• Experience as a member of or supporting an Integrated Product Team (IPT) .

Clearance Requirements:

• Must be a US Citizen and Secret clearance is required to start.

Physical Requirements:

• Tasking is primarily computer based.  The person in this position must be able to operate and perform tasking on a PC.

• Must be able to effectively communicate with co-workers, Customers, and management through email, phone, and other virtual communication methods (e.g. TEAMS).

The projected compensation range for this position is $96,100.00-$159,900.00.
