About the team + role
As the Growth Marketing Lead, Strategy and Analytics for Robinhood you’ll architect and construct our acquisition campaigns across all channels, identifying and implementing strategies to traffic, optimize and measure how we market products to new and existing users. You will work closely with and help drive the roadmap for teams across marketing, data science, growth tech and performance marketing.

What you’ll do
- Data Analysis & Insights: Dive deep into marketing metrics to derive insights that inform strategy. Ensure the team is focused on the most critical KPIs.
- Campaign Optimization: Regularly audit and analyze active campaigns, making recommendations for improvements based on data.
- Technical Implementations: Oversee tracking setup, ensuring accurate data collection across all channels.
- Research & Testing: Identify new tools, technologies, and strategies to test. Ensure tests are statistically valid and insights are actionable.
- Reporting: Develop regular reporting systems and dashboards that provide clear views of performance against goals.
- Knowledge Sharing: Conduct regular knowledge sharing sessions, training other team members on best practices in analysis and optimization.
What you bring
- BA/BS preferred
- Minimum 8 years of relevant lifecycle marketing experience, preferably leading large lifecycle programs, across strategy and execution
- Strong knowledge of marketing automation/CRM systems
- Expert in customer segmentation strategies
- Analytical mindset and experience with related tools/concepts: Excel, A/B testing, relational databases
- Execution oriented mindset - with the humility, drive, and scrappiness to get it done

The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood’s equity plan.
US Zone 1: $191000 - $225000
US Zone 2: $168000 - $198000
US Zone 3: $150000 - $176000
