Senior Salesforce Developer (m/f/d)

For this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of Salesforce and related integrations. This role involves managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform, as well as leading CRM projects to ensure successful technical implementation and delivery

Your mission

• Customize and configure Salesforce to meet the needs of our organization. 

• Develop and implement custom solutions in Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components. 

• Lead CRM projects from initiation to delivery, including gathering requirements, creating project plans, managing resources, and ensuring timely delivery. 

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement changes in Salesforce, ensuring alignment with business objectives. 

• Provide ongoing support and training to Salesforce users, including troubleshooting issues and answering questions. 

• Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement, implementing enhancements as needed to optimize Salesforce usage. 

• Assist and support other team members in their development efforts, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. 

Your profile

• 3-4 years of experience as a Salesforce developer, including hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning. 

• Strong development skills in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components. 

• Experience managing CRM projects independently, from initiation to delivery. 

• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model. 

• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer) are a plus but not required
