Location:   May be located in any Elevance Health PulsePoint office preferably in Indianapolis, IN, Atlanta, GA, Mason, OH, Richmond, VA, Norfolk, VA, Boston, MA or Woodland Hills, CA.

This role requires associates to be in-office at least 3 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Summary

Responsible for leading national network strategy and programs in furtherance of market needs inclusive of how we partner and manage multi-state behavioral health (BH) provider organizations (including large-scale national BH groups), leverage national contracting, designations, programs, and partnerships to deliver results for all lines of business, and partnering with regional RVPs to evaluate and deploy new BH network strategies.

Position Responsibilities

  • Development of national strategy for program adoption and translates strategic principles into defined tactics, programs/projects priorities, and timelines and ensures alignment and attainment of enterprise strategic plans to turn strategy into reality.

  • Partners closely and oversees organizational alignment and relationships for national BH providers, deliver consistent value-based arrangement (VBA) models and terms, national contracting standards, and national policies and procedures for account management. Manages admin budget within target.

  • Oversees and participates in the development of growth strategies and retention initiatives for the Enterprise.

  • Executes Cost of Care actions to deliver on budgeted target.

  • Drives provider collaboration and engagement where required for national BH programs.

  • Ensures compliance with CMS guidelines and HIPAA compliance.

  • Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.

Position Requirements

Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 12 years of related experience with progressive responsibility working with large and complex multi-state providers that span across multiple lines of business; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Master's degree is strongly preferred. Ability to travel is expected.

  • Track record in forming unique partnerships that address the needs of both payers and providers.

  • Strong commitment to a mission-oriented approach focused on member needs.

  • Familiarity and experience in the Behavioral Health sector helpful.
