Summary/Objective
Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the facility.
The site manager directs the overall activities of the branch to continually and simultaneously serve the customers within the company’s target market in an extraordinary manner so that the company’s brand name and reputation continue to flourish. This position works to earn an acceptable rate of return on sales after incentive compensation and maintain a healthy cash flow. Additionally, the branch manager invests time and money in personnel development.

Daily maintenance and repair operations with Site Supervisor
Implementation of the Company Service strategy into local operations
Development of the local daily Service operations
Field campaign coordination in country level
Service (labor) sales
Service sales campaigns in country level
Service training coordination for own personnel and partners
Workshop and field service operations – Ponsse's own operations
Supervisor of service foremen, supervisors
Guaranteeing performance of service network in Ponsse's own operations
Service (labor and mileage) pricing in country level
Safety and Quality in service operations
Technical support to customers (if support personnel in Service manager team)
Point of Contact for local JIRA cases
Ensuring that Ponsse service team is working according to Ponsse values
Key customer co-operation together with Sales
Co-operation, communication and support with stakeholders
Representing country operations in area/factory After Sales forums
Supervisory Responsibility
This position manages employees at multiple sites and is responsible for the performance management and hiring of the employees within that branch site.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Exposure to loud vehicle/machine noises when in the shop or at events.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel
Regular travel to customers and potential customers is expected for this position.
Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent and/or two to three years’ previous experience.
