Senior UX Designer

Senior UX Designer. Conduct user research and testing through variousmethods, including interviews, usability testing, surveys, and shadowing, andsynthesizing insights to inform design decisions. Design solutions throughiterative feedback processes. Understand and define problems, subsequentlycreating user flows, user journeys, architecture, wireframes, and prototypes todocument and articulate design requirements. Collaborate effectively andwork cross-functionally. Advocate for user needs and UX principles. Mentorand provide feedback. Work within the established in-house design systemand propose enhancements. Effectively communicate problems and solutions.Participate in cross-functional design critiques with other designers.Understand how digital solutions integrate with operational and other physicalprocesses. Ensure continuity and quality of the product experience.Continuously develop an expert understanding of worldwide e-commercemarketplaces and their supporting logistics. Stay informed on the competitivelandscape and apply insights appropriately. Requires Master's degree inHuman Computer Interaction (HCI), Visual Design, Industrial Design,Psychology, or other related field and knowledge of UX responsibilities,encompassing user research, user journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping,UX writing, problem-solving, and the application of iterative design processesinformed by feedback and data; Proficiency in Figma, including experience indeveloping wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs;Knowledge of various user research methodologies, including user interviews,usability testing, and surveys, coupled with the ability to synthesize findingsinto actionable design insights; Familiarity with designing for both desktopand mobile interfaces; Understanding project management tools to trackprojects and timelines; Possesses technical proficiency to effectively utilizeand contribute to a design system; Skilled in designing experiences thatseamlessly integrate with current operational and physical processes.Worksite: 1441 W Innovation Way, #500, Lehi UT 84043.
