Accounting Clerk

Good accounting knowledge, including debits, credits and G/L account structures required.

Reconcile SAP- GL sale tax versus Tax Office records.

Reconcile SAP -GL withholding taxes and Tax Office records related to Sales Transactions

Reconcile SAP- GL added VAT on sales vs Tax Office records

Reconcile VAT Input between SAP-GL and Tax Office records

General knowledge of sales tax laws and monthly/yearly withholding taxes reporting required.

Prepare tax certificates in daily, monthly or yearly basis

Prepare reconciliation for the monthly closing in GL and Black Line system. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Ability to work effectively in fast-paced team environment.

Ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsible and trustworthy with confidential information

Ability to recognize problems and efficiently use available resources to find a solution.

Exceptional customer service skills

Knowledge of corporate structure and individual department functions

Minimum two to three years of experience in accounting, taxes and SAP Finance Application preferred.
