What you'll do

 

• Learn along the entire Procure to Pay Process including the use of SAP Finance and Procurement Technology 
• Contribute to projects within the Global Procurement Organization
• Support the design, implementation, testing and optimization of procurement and finance processes
• Co-work on generating reporting capabilities and contributing to further enhance data-driven decision making
• Be open and actively contribute to new technology and processes being implemented within the Global Procurement Organization

 

What you bring

 

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Any
• Computer skills: High affinity and joy working with IT Technology
• Language skills: Fluent in English, German as a plus
• Soft skills: 
  • Strong networking skills and highly team oriented, 
  • Open to collaborate across countries, languages, cultures within a highly diverse and international team,
  • Problem solving attitude, 
  • Ability to self-organize

 

Meet your team

The team “Technology, Supplier Management and Governance (TSG)” within the Global Procurement Organization ensures that

• Procurement technology (e.g. Ariba, Fieldglass, Concur) is made available to all buyers and is used to the highest possible efficiency
• Supplier management programs (such as supplier development and innovation, supplier assessments and qualifications) are established
• Governance policies and rules are in place and monitored to ensure compliance with internal regulations as well as applicable laws

 

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
