Job Description

- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records while ensuring confidentiality
- Handle administrative tasks to support daily clinic operations

Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience in professional phone handling and customer service
- Proficiency in medical scheduling software and calendar management systems
- Strong ability to accurately collect and document patient information
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
