AUTODOC operates in 27 European countries and employs around 5,000 people at six locations.<p></p><p></p><p></p><h1>Job Description</h1><p></p><p>About the Role: </p><p>As a Wholesale Vendor Manager at AUTODOC, you will be a key player in our ongoing growth and success. Your responsibilities will encompass strategic negotiations, product assortment optimization, and business performance analysis. Your efforts will contribute to maintaining our position as a top player in the automotive e-commerce industry.</p><p></p><p></p><h2>The plan is for the job to eventually be conducted at our office located in Warsaw.</h2><p>Wholesaler Vendor manager</p><p>Market Research and Lead Identification:</p><p></p><ul><li><p>Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential large wholesalers and distributors across Europe.</p></li><li><p>Analyze market trends, customer demand, and competitor activities to identify promising leads.</p></li><li><p>Develop a robust database of potential partners, categorizing them based on relevance and potential.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Negotiation and Onboarding:</p><ul><li><p>Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the prospective wholesale organizations.</p></li><li><p>Present AUTODOC's value proposition, products, and partnership benefits to potential leads effectively.</p></li><li><p>Lead negotiations with selected wholesalers and distributors to secure mutually beneficial terms and agreements.</p></li><li><p>Develop customized onboarding plans for new partners, outlining roles, responsibilities, and expectations on both sides.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all contracts and agreements meet legal and regulatory requirements.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Product Assortment and Optimization:</p><ul><li><p>Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for assortment optimization.</p></li><li><p>Work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to maintain strong product availability and quality standards.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Business Performance and Analysis:</p><ul><li><p>Monitor vendor performance metrics, including sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.</p></li><li><p>Conduct regular business reviews to identify areas of improvement and develop action plans.</p></li><li><p>Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to extract insights and drive data-driven decision-making.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional and marketing campaigns for the </p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p>Qualifications (Essential)</p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
