About the role:
Responsible for developing, coordinating and conducting technical reliability studies and evaluations of engineering design concepts and implementations as part of providing engineering support in the definition, design, and development of new products.
Work Mode:
At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model, requiring employees to be in our local office at three days per week.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Designs, develops, debugs, modifies test analyzes. Evaluates, verifies electrical/mechanical circuit devices and systems by using current tools, analysis techniques, engineering practices and technologies.
- Develops and implements evaluation plans and systems by creating reliability and safety plans and specifications.
- Documents electrical development analyses results and recommendations by writing documents, reports, memos, and change requests. Methods used are determined by approved procedures and standards.
- Track and recommend electrical development effort designs and test methods by analyzing the creating and maintaining records in the approved tracking management tool. Recommend corrective or alternative actions for achieving required levels of product reliability.
- Investigates, researches, selects electronic circuits, components, materials and/or practices by analyzing the options and impact on reliability.

- 1 year of experience with a university degree, or an equivalent combination of education/work experience

Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
