Essential Functions:



Must possess excellent hospitality skills and a strong desire to foster an attitude of Christian hospitality to “exceed guest expectations”


Responsible for cleaning, parking, filling carts with gas, and preparing golf carts for daily operation.


Maintain clean and neat surroundings of the parking lot, cart staging area, bag drop area, and cart storage area.


Take out trash as needed.


Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures and report any unsafe activities or conditions immediately to supervisor or the Human Resources department.


Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned and required.


QualificationsKnowledge, Skills and Abilities 



Minimum one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


Must be able to safely operate golf carts.


Must have good communication skills, and a commitment to providing responsive and conscientious customer service.


Able to prioritize tasks and allocate time efficiently.


Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.  Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.


Must be flexible and able to adapt to changing needs, multiple task demands, and work structures.


Must be willing to work a flexible schedule.



Working Conditions



Moderate to physical activity performing strenuous and non-strenuous technical and mechanic type work.


Frequently working outdoors exposed to changing weather conditions, rain, snow, wind, heat, cold.


Manual dexterity to perceive attributes of objects and materials.


Climb, balance, stoop, kneel; frequently moves about, able to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.


Occasionally works in wet or humid conditions.


Must be in good physical condition and able to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise reposition objects weighing up to or exceeding 25 pounds.


Vision: Must be able to see close and at a distance (20 feet or more), good peripheral vision.


Hours: Monday - Sunday, weekends and holidays as required. Must be able to work early morning or late afternoon shifts.
