Day to Day / Job Function

Working closely with our business stakeholders, product managers, and engineers to comprehend the business processes at a detailed level. 

Creating and owning user stories/business requirements documents as an outcome of the requirements gathering sessions and detailing out the user stories in the agile sprints for the scrum team to work upon.  

Attending daily stand-ups, story-pointing meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure progress on requests and removal of blockers.  

Identifying business process improvements and opportunities for automation. 

Documenting work using flow charts, written descriptions, screenshots, and videos. 

Participating in roadmap planning and identifying touch points in multi-cloud implementations. 

Applying knowledge, skills, and judgment to make decisions and resolve issues. 

Reacting to process and product-related questions and escalating issues to the correct team or to the management as necessary. 

As required, participating in the UAT and Go-Live process, including test planning, development of test scripts, test execution, and status reporting. 

Developing strong client relationships by building trust, rapport, and positive working relationships with both stakeholders and team members. 

 

Required Qualifications

In-depth understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities

Experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration.

Strong product management skills, including the ability to create and prioritize product backlogs, write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and groom the backlog.

Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into Salesforce solutions, and advocate for stakehodler needs.

Proficiency in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and experience working as a Product Owner in Agile development teams.

Knowledge of Agile practices such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Experience in Scrum & Agile Software development lifecycle,technologies, and architectures relevant to Salesforce development.

Familiarity with Salesforce APIs, data models, security models, and integration capabilities.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively convey product requirements, priorities, and decisions to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Willingness to seek feedback, learn from experiences, and continuously improve as a Salesforce Product Owner`
