We’re seeking a Resident Services Coordinator who will also manage our HUD Housing program, ensuring compliance and fostering strong resident relationships.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as an advocate for residents by coordinating service needs and resolving concerns.

• Manage all aspects of HUD Housing, ensuring compliance with federal HUD and Fair Housing guidelines.

• Assist residents and their families in identifying services to promote independence and well-being.

• Maintain and manage the HUD waitlist and conduct interviews with prospective residents.

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth move-ins and a high-quality resident experience.

• Facilitate wellness and engagement activities through resident committees and councils.

• Maintain confidential records and oversee regular HUD file audits.

• Promote a respectful, inclusive, and service-oriented campus environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Required: High school diploma or equivalent

• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field

• At least 5 years of experience working with older adults, persons with disabilities, or underserved populations strongly preferred

• Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

• Working knowledge of HUD guidelines and resident services coordination is a plus
