Custodial Assistant Manager – Brand New Outpatient Medical Facility!  ABM | North Miami, FL 

Second Shift: Monday–Friday | 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM

ABM is looking for a Custodial Assistant Manager with 3+ years of experience of supervisory or management experience. This is your opportunity to grow with a company that values leadership, innovation, and excellence.

Your Role:

As the Custodial Assistant Manager, you’ll be responsible for the growth, operational success, and financial performance of your branch. You’ll lead a diverse team, build strong client relationships, and ensure top-tier service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
• Ensure service quality meets client expectations.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections.
• Lead and motivate your team to achieve excellence.
• Manage budgets, vendors, and operational goals.
• Support special projects and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with audits and safety standards.
• Foster positive relationships with labor unions.
• Drive financial success by managing expenses and expanding services.

 Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Strong understanding of service industry trends and operations.
• Experience in janitorial services within hotel, hospital, education, retail, or sports & entertainment sectors.
