About The Department:
- Mountain View Therapy is the leading provider of outpatient and acute care therapy services in Western Colorado. We are a unique group of rehabilitation clinics with a comprehensive range of services for all ages from birth to the elderly including Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy; Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation; and Wound and Ostomy Care.
About The Career:
- Responsible for providing feedback on daily registration processes and staffing issues to the Business Operations Manager. Provides assistance to staff level employees as necessary to ensure compliance with department policies and procedures. Assists the Manager and Director with staffing, discharges and insurance authorizations. Provides management back up when Manager is not available. The Clinic Support Lead will manage workload and perform in a service excellence manner to best represent the facility and department. This position also performs other duties as assigned and as deemed necessary by the Business Operations Manager or Director in order to achieve success of the department and facility.
All About You:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Ability to effectively communicate, verbally, and non-verbally, in a clear, concise manner.
- Administrative and philosophical compatibility with Montrose Regional Health.
- Interpersonal skills and sound judgment necessary to communicate with a wide variety of persons including patients.
- The ability to make appropriate decisions based on fact and knowledge is required. The ability to perform detailed work required. The ability to work harmoniously with employees required. Must demonstrate the ability to maintain confidentiality and show good judgment. The ability to make decisions under pressure and deadlines required.
