Role Summary

Responsible for the supervision for a team of client processing support staff whose main focus is to accurately process transactions and other specialized roles.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages daily associate performance to ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions. Develops and improves the productivity and quality skills of a team of associates.
  • Works with associates in other functions to resolve outstanding client issues, build positive client relationships, and ensure the overall success of the administration for each plan.
  • Supervises and provides guidance on internal activities and initiatives designed to improve the client experience. Manages processes and oversees a team to ensure that new client processing is successful and security measures are maintained in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
  • May participate in the execution of the client processing business strategy. Ensures business plans are communicated to team to align individual and team goals with those of the organization.
  • Responsible for the effective leadership and development of team members. Recruits, directs, motivates, and develops staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth, and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team.

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND
  • 3+ years of total relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 years’ experience coaching and leading high performing teams
  • Experience in the Financial Services Industry
  • Experience with relevant workflow and processing systems (AWD, TA, DST)

FINRA Requirements

FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.

Work Flexibility

This role is eligible for remote work up to two days a week.

Base salary range:

$62,500.00 - $106,500.00 USD

For the location of:

Colorado Springs, CO

Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role.  Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package.  Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
