A Day in the Life
Seeking a candidate to join the Global Corporate Services Sourcing team for a Travel & Expense special project. The candidate will work on a high visibility project supporting analytics for cost savings projects within Travel & Expense.The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to review large sets of data, pull out cost savings ideas, create an execution plan and track progress to goals. The candidate will be curious, detail-oriented, analytical, collaborative and a self-starter.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Leverage Travel & Expense datasets to find opportunities to drive savings through policy compliance, negotiations, demand management, and more.
- Partner with Travel program SMEs and on how savings ideas could be implemented.
- Share savings initiatives with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and enhance execution plan.
- Act as project manager for savings initiatives, presenting updates to cross-functional team and leadership.
- Support communication of changes to employee base.
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
Nice to Have
- Solid understanding of supply management, supply chain, purchasing, and quality processes
- Proficiency in data analytics concepts and tools
- Strong project management skills and ability to drive cross-functional initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to diverse audiences across all organizational level.
