Your Role & Responsibilities
In this role, you will be a critical enabler of program success. You will:
- Provide administrative and operational support to senior leadership, ensuring smooth daily operations
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics across multiple time zones
- Handle expense reconciliation, travel arrangements, and documentation with accuracy and speed
- Support program and delivery directors by tracking open tasks, driving follow‑ups, and ensuring timely action
- Maintain program documentation, reports, and communications with clarity and consistency
- Coordinate cross-team priorities to keep a large transformation initiative on track
- Adapt quickly to shifting needs, providing proactive support in a fast-paced and occasionally ambiguous environment
Skills & Experience You Should Possess

- 2+ years of administrative support experience, preferably supporting senior leadership
- 2+ years of project coordination or program support experience
- Strong skills in calendar management, travel coordination, and expense tracking
- Expertise in Microsoft Suite – MS Teams, Outlook, Excel, and CoPilot
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels of the organization
- Proven reliability, follow-through, and accountability for completing assigned tasks
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience supporting large transformation programs or complex enterprise initiatives
- Experience managing multiple leaders or navigating matrixed environments
- Additional experience with project management tools or reporting
Education & Certifications You Need
- No formal degree required; equivalent experience is highly valued
- Project coordination or administrative certifications are a plus but not required

- Competitive Compensation – You choose the model that works best for you, both with company-sponsored benefits! $54 000–$64 000 annually or $29–$39 per hour, depending on your skills, experience, and location. Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market-based rates by geography
