Job Description
We are currently seeking an Intern to join our US Controllers Organization within the Finance Division. The US Controllers organization is responsible for overseeing all accounting functions related to our US entities. Key responsibilities include sales accounting, providing support for Tax and Treasury functions, and delivering accounting services to various divisional financial units such as Research, Manufacturing, Sales, and Global Services, as well as assisting other groups within the Global Controllers Organization.
Specific responsibilities include:
Prepare detailed support analyses for balance sheet accounts, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports for the Corporate Accounting Group.
Process miscellaneous check receipts from initial receipt through to journal entry preparation, ensuring compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
Utilize various financial systems to extract and analyze data in support of government reporting requirements.
Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the finance function.
Assist with ad-hoc financial and accounting requests as needed.
Actively participate in the Company’s Intern Program activities and Finance Division events to foster professional development and networking.
Assist other groups of the Global Controllers Organization, including Consolidations and Accounting Standards.
Required Education:
College student with a major in Accounting.

Salary range:
The salary range for this role is $39,600.00-$105,500.00 USD
