The global upstream product manager will be responsible for defining and advancing the therapy strategy and roadmap, utilizing insights to identify new opportunities, and translating unmet user needs into actionable user requirements. The successful candidate will serve as the marketing core team lead and subject matter expert for new and pipeline projects within the Philips Image Guided Therapy Devices (IGTD) Coronary Vascular (CV) business.
Your role:
Develop the CV therapy product strategy and roadmap based on key insights, aligned with broader business objectives and other stakeholders.
Analyze market trends, identify unmet customer needs, and translate insights into product opportunities.
Drive the annual strategic planning process for the CV therapy portfolio.
Collaborate cross functionally as marketing core team lead with R&D, clinical, downstream marketing, global markets and others to support product development and clinical claims.
Responsible for the development and execution of all marketing deliverables for new and pipeline projects including business cases, user requirements, and global launch plans.
You're the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 8+ years of professional product management experience with a focus on leading marketing core teams on product development projects or strategic marketing.
You have a Bachelor’s degree in a clinical, engineering, marketing, or product management discipline. Master’s preferred.
You have a solid understanding of innovation strategy, product development process, market development, market research, and customer engagement best practices. Deep knowledge of coronary vascular clinical workflows and/or therapeutic vascular products is preferred.
Your skills include the ability to create and understand a variety of financial models, ability to work with abstract ideas and on multiple projects, as well as a strong ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including key opinion leaders.
You have the ability to identify clinical benefits of product and how to work with KOL physicians to build trials to help remove barriers for use.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. US and International travel ~15%

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details:
The pay range for this position in CA is $ $140,000 to $223,000
