Living Quarters Maintenance Technician

Overview

A Living Quarters Maintenance Technician is responsible for the general upkeep of the facility, addressing any issues to prevent them from worsening. This role involves performing a wide range of repair tasks and ensuring the maintenance of living quarters.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance around the facility, including repairs to windows, doors, and walls.
• Repair broken or leaking plumbing.
• Assist in inspecting and maintaining HVAC equipment.
• Provide electrical repair assistance as needed.
• Paint interior walls and equipment when required.
• Carry out additional maintenance duties as requested by the Supervisor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in plumbing, carpentry, or electrical work preferred.
