Intern - KM & Practice Innovation (Summer 2025)

Summary

Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP is looking for a Knowledge Management and Innovation Intern to support the Knowledge Management and Innovation (KM&I ) Team. Willkie is an elite international law firm of approximately 1,200 lawyers located in 15 offices in six countries.

The KM&I Intern will be a member of the KM and Innovation team and will participate in various projects. This role will give you the opportunity to work with KM Content Managers and Innovation Engineers on solutions that that improve collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing through the use of low/no code technologies as well as more advanced AI tools . The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in process improvement, Natural Language Processing and web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Interns will have the ability to communicate in a courteous and professional manner, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain confidential information at all times.

This a great opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in a law firm environment. Candidates should be willing to work in office on a hybrid basis starting June 2025 through August 2025 for 10 weeks. Start date and program details to be shared.

Responsibilities

• Design SharePoint out of the box solutions.
• Build workflows using tools like Nintex and Microsoft PowerApps.
• Implement simple web components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Work with others on the integration of Natural Language models.
• Document requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience in web design and development.
• Interest in Machine Learning approaches.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Employment Status

• Non-Exempt
• Hybrid (Monday – Friday)

 

Pay Range

USD $18.00 - USD $22.00 /Hr.

Pay Range Statement
