In this role, you will provide direct client support within our structured PHP and IOP programs, working with both adult and adolescent populations in in-person and virtual settings. You will play a key role in client engagement, safety, and daily program operations — contributing to a therapeutic environment where individuals can achieve meaningful progress toward their mental health goals. This is an opportunity to make a tangible impact in a dynamic, mission-driven environment at the forefront of behavioral healthcare.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><strong>Direct Client Support &amp; Milieu</strong></p> <p>Support clients in the therapeutic milieu by encouraging participation, reinforcing coping skills, and promoting engagement in programming</p> <p>Observe and document client behavior, mood, and participation, and communicate relevant updates to clinical staff</p> <p>Assist in maintaining a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment throughout the program day</p> <p><strong>Crisis Support</strong></p> <p>Assist in crisis situations using verbal de-escalation techniques</p> <p>Support clinical staff during escalations by maintaining safety, communicating observations, and following established protocols</p> <p>Assist with documentation and follow-up related to incidents as directed</p> <p><strong>Admissions &amp; Engagement</strong></p> <p>Support new client admissions, including orientation to program structure, expectations, and policies</p> <p>Assist with admissions paperwork and coordination of intake processes</p> <p>Conduct outreach and attendance-related calls to support engagement and reduce barriers to treatment</p> <p><strong>Team Collaboration</strong></p> <p>Attend and participate in treatment te
