The Shipping & Receiving Clerk 1 is responsible for the receipt and shipment of incoming materials, supplies, and products. The Shipping & Receiving Clerk 1 performs basic administrative, clerical, operational, customer support, and computational tasks.

Job Description

CenterWell Pharmacy is seeking a motivated, resourceful, and ambitious packing/shipping associate for a full time career opportunity.

Location: This is an onsite role. 9843 Windisch Rd. West Chester Township, OH 45069

Shift: 4 10 hour days Monday-Friday from 6AM-4:30PM with a scheduled off day.

Earn a $1,000 sign- on bonus: 50% payable at hire and 50% payable at 180 days.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Fulfillment: packaging and shipping items

• Inventory Management: opening mail and working with cold packing technology

• Quality Control: Inspect products for accuracy and quality before shipment.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all transactions and inventory movements.

• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations

Required Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Must be flexible, friendly, engaging, and proactive

• Work ethic that is focused, accurate and highly productive.

• Self-directed, versatile and also able to work well in a group.

• Must be able to stand in a stationary position for over 10 hours

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED

• Packing and shipping experience in a mail order or similar facility

• Previous pharmacy experience

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
