Junior Data Analyst/After Sales

With our continuous growth, we are now looking for a Junior Data Analyst for After Sales project within the newly formed After Sales department. The team's goal is to help streamline, optimize, and implement the right processes throughout our after-sales partner experience.

Reporting to the Project Manager After Sales, you will work closely with the Supply and Product teams, working in close collaboration with all local markets. You will be responsible for implementing the best process to reach ambitious KPIs.

You will be responsible for:

• Support the team in specific After Sales projects (eg. Migration/Integration)
• Analyzing the project assigned, identifying the needs, and translating them into key action points
• Assisting in ad-hoc requests and regular reports
• Analyze the workflow of the projects, benefits and identify good practices as well as areas of improvement
• Work in collaboration with other teams such as Products, Ops, Supply, and others if necessary
• Analyze the KPIs requested in order to study and apply specific strategies to improve the quality of our partner base

About You

• Native level of Spanish and fluent in English.
• At least 1 year of experience in similar functions.
• Based in Madrid
• Proven experience using Microsoft Excel
• Expert in writing and running your own SQL queries for data extraction and analysis
• Highly analytical and resilience in complex situations
• Experience creating reports and data visualizations

• Willing to travel
