This position is responsible for maintaining material flow, inventory accuracy, and warehouse organization to ensure uninterrupted production operations. The Material Handler Associate works closely with Production Control, Warehouse, Inventory Control, and Production teams to ensure materials are available where and when needed.</p> <p><strong>Base Pay is $22</strong></p> <p><strong>Shift Schedules</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>2nd Shift – Nights:</strong><br>Monday–Thursday, 6:00 p.m.–4:00 a.m. (4x10 schedule) with a 10% shift differential and paid lunch and breaks</li> <li><strong>3rd Shift – Weekends:</strong><br>Friday–Sunday, 6:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. (3x12 schedule) with a 20% shift differential and paid lunch and breaks</li> <li>Flexibility: Night and weekend shifts may be available with shift differential pay depending on business needs.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to transport materials throughout the facility.</li> <li>Receive, store, stage, and deliver materials, parts, and assemblies to designated production and warehouse locations.</li> <li>Accurately ide
