Position Description

Main purpose of this position is to package and fill orders both small package as well as LTS {Pallet and or Crate} and CPU orders, will also inventory incoming freight in. Load freight trucks and CPU customers.

 

Position Details

This will be a fulltime position, working 40 hours per week and possibly having some extended hours during the Irrigation season.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; packing pallets and placing orders in delivery area.
• Preserves safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations and warehouse neat and clean.
• Promotes clean shipping supply area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Completes reports by entering required information.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing tasks and related results as needed.

 

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Forklift Certification within 90 days of job entry date
• Teamwork, Coordination and Dependability
• Organization and Time management
• Inventory control
• Equipment maintenance
• Data entry skills
