Description
The Project Associate will coordinate projects as needed in conjunction with the Program Director/Manager . Coordinate programmatic services leading to the support of training programs, and will be required to provide general office administration. support to Division. Manage administrative tasks to involve working with various hospital systems on behalf of the Division for financial transactions, HR, software tracking, scheduling and other logistical coordination as needed.Qualifications

Functional Accountabilities
Project Management
- May be required at times to manage several high-level and time-sensitive projects concomitantly requiring excellent time management ability.
- Provide a resource environment for faculty, trainees and other employees for academic pursuits through research and by providing materials which assist faculty and staff in academic endeavors.
- Plan, promote, execute, complete, and debrief projects in consultation with the Manager to maintain a sense of ownership and pride.
- Attend project meetings when appropriate.
- Upon request, the project associate will provide assistance to projects which are newly created for the office.
- Assist program director with the management of office activities associated with program.
- May interact with web developer on maintenance of web based information sharing and informatics; may assist with external website maintenance and upkeep.
- Be required to perform duties which ensure successful and comprehensive completion of multifunctional projects; these may include any number of tasks which are above and beyond simple office management.
- Perform a variety of administrative duties which include answer phones, respond to general email inquiries, copy, fax, distribute mail, protect office records, file, and other duties.
- Prepare documents , purchase supplies and office equipment.
- Maintain familiarity with accounting procedures.
- Serve as a bridge between other professionals and CRI/CNMC faculty and staff.
- Maintain a friendly, solution oriented, creative attitude, especially in dealing with difficult personalities.
- Interface with others to routinely coordinate and facilitate solutions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Speak up when team members appear to exhibit unsafe behavior or performance
- Continuously validate and verify information needed for decision making or documentation
- Stop in the face of uncertainty and takes time to resolve the situation
