The Sr. Recruiting Manager is responsible for the overall implementation of recruitment strategies for multiple lanes or Palmers. The position provides strategic planning to manage controlled growth and support succession planning, as well as the development and implementation of company-wide initiatives, analysis of key operating trends, and supporting recruiting related projects for multiple Palmers/business lanes and/or the Village.
This role will be responsible for providing coaching and recruiting expertise to other Recruiting Managers within the recruiting department as well as the strategic management of a team of roughly 9-10 recruiters ranging from Recruiter 1-Recruiter 4. They will partner with local operating leadership (2-3 GVPs, roughly 10-15 DVPS) and PS Partners to ensure recruiting drives business results.
Create and maintain a close partner-relationship with field, division, and group management
Provide day to day management, ongoing education, support and coaching of both recruiting leader(s) and recruiters through active participation in all phases of the recruiting life cycle
Meet, monitor and track metrics to identify trending; redirect team as appropriate to ensure workload
Develop and Implement Company-wide initiatives

The Salary Range for the role is $98,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year.
