The division encompasses various corporate functions, including finance, legal, human resources, technology, and more, ensuring seamless operations and strategic alignment throughout the company.  </p><p></p><p><b>Role Overview:</b></p><p>Flutter Technology are recruiting for a Senior Identity &amp; Access Management (IAM) engineer, the Senior IAM engineer will report into the Lead Workplace Engineer working closely with them, architecture, product and delivery. The Senior Engineer will have technical ownership of the Okta and SailPoint platforms, ensuring their reliability, scalability, and security while driving enhancements and best practices.</p><p>This role offers a fantastic opportunity to lead the delivery of key technologies used across Flutter’s Enterprise IT eco-system and the wider Flutter Group. This is a senior role where you will provide technical guidance, mentor team members, and collaborate with a talented and motivated team to drive key initiatives.</p><p>You will work with all brands across the group to align and modernize our enterprise services, deliver technology solutions to meet their needs, and promote knowledge sharing within the engineering community.<br/> </p><p><b>Key Accountabilities &amp; Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>The senior IAM Engineer will need to review, assess, and define technical requirements (including sign off) for Flutter Functions Projects, based on the suitability to align with divisional requirements</li><li>With a specific focus on Okta OIE &amp; Sailpoint IdentityNow, the role will lead the ongoing configuration, maintenance, and administration of these <span>tools. Onboarding</span> SaaS and on-prem applications to both tools. Supporting Okta org2org &amp; Identity Governance programs</li><li>Evaluate and manage the usage of the IAM services to meet team and business needs, automating business requirements to drive enhanced groupwide productivity</li><li>Full-service engagement and provide ideas, options, solutions, and advice to global projects</li><li>Liaise with other Flutter Functions and the divisional Enterprise functions, building and maintaining strong relationships, recognising opportunities for strategic collaboration</li><li>Define, document, support, and approve LLD’s, process creation, and perform maintenance on Flutter IAM technologies</li><li>Design, test and deploy API integrations to SaaS applications for User Lifecycle Management and Identity Governance</li><li>Design, configure, test, deploy and enhance automations within the IAM stack using workflow engine builders</li><li>Responsible for the triage and resolution of Flutter Enterprise IT technology Incidents and Service Requests</li><li>Support the Lead Workplace Engineer and Workplace Architects with strategy and planning with a global mindset</li><li>Facilitate the development and communication of Flutter Group standards for design, development, and deployment</li><li>Trusted business partner to encourage interaction from the area (answer ad-hoc questions, share technical expertise, improve processes, improve understanding of how business areas interact with Workplace Technology)</li><li>Ownership to create and to drive adoption of standard operating procedures/Runbooks and Workplace standards and policies</li><li>Understand people, process &amp; technology to provide enhanced consultancy, faster reviews, and better engagement</li><li>Liaise with Third Party vendors and partners</li><li>Participate in an on-call rota to support the tooling out of hours</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Skills, Capabilities &amp; Experience Required:</
