Retail Coordinator

Retail Coordinator SKIMS is a solutions-oriented brand creating the next-generation of underwear, loungewear, and shapewear.  We set new standards with our game-changing product and are a driving force within pop-culture. We are looking for a Coordinator for our Retail channel to join us in advancing the industry forward. The Retail Coordinator position is responsible for supporting buying, visual merchandising, operations, and store development teams to achieve revenue goals and operational excellence. Responsibilities:·       Perform data entry and maintain accuracy in tools and systems·       Provide basic analysis and reporting of key business data·       Manage end-to-end Purchase Order processes, including creating, tracking, and updating tools & systems·       Aid in the preparation and tracking of digital and physical assets, including samples, photos, and training materials·       Support Creative & Visual Merchandising building planograms, floor sets and activations·       Assist Retail Operations and Store Development with New store Openings and renovations, liaising with cross functional teams and vendors·       Support retail team with various ad hoc projects Requirements·       Bachelors degree or equivalent 1 to 2 years’ experience·       Strong analytical skills·       Great communication skills·       Demonstrate ability to work effectively cross-functionally·       Organized & Accountable·       High level of attention to detail·       Excellent Excel skills  SKIMS is committed to continuously creating an inclusive environment for all employees and candidates, reflective of the rich diversity of the communities we serve.
