About the role
Outstanding career opportunity for an experienced, professional, people-oriented, HR Operations Specialist in a fast paced, start-up environment. As the HR Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our HR operations. Leveraging your 8 years of hands-on experience, you will contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, processes, and systems. Your expertise in HR operations will be instrumental in maintaining compliance, improving efficiency, and supporting the overall employee experience.
The preferred candidate will have a successful track record of problem solving, a “can-do” attitude, excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise positively with all levels of management. Must be comfortable with change in all its facets and be able to lead others through change.
Duties/Responsibilities:Create and maintain a positive employee experience to ensure that Natron is a great place to work and enables a highly productive and motivated workforce.
Employee Lifecycle Management:· Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, benefit & compensation administration, and employee records management.· Implement best practices to enhance the overall employee experience.· Partner with other HR Team members to manage the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy and system integrity. · Build and analyze HR reports in ADP to support data-driven decision-making. Help maintain clean and accurate employee data.Benefits Administration:· Administer employee benefits programs, including health, wellness, and retirement plans.· Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to benefits.Compliance and Audits:· Conduct Benefits related compliance audits in partnership with Natron’s benefits broker.· Partner with HR team members to conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.· Prepare for and participate in external audits when necessary.· Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.· Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.

Required Skills/Abilities: · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.· Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.· Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.· Thorough knowledge of HR procedures, policies, employment-related laws and regulations.· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.· Proficiency with various EMS systems.· Comfortable learning new technical systems as needed.
Education & Experience:· Bachelor���s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.· 8 years HR operations experience· SHRM-CP a plus.

- The salary range for this position is a minimum of $107,000 to $126,000 annually.
