About the role

Key responsibilities

Role Description: Responsible for making all specialized condensed natural smoke products. This includes starting and monitoring several product processes throughout the shift.

•  Follow written work instructions to properly make specified products.

•  Measure ingredients using various measuring tools to accurately add to base product.

•  Record on work order/batch ticket the quantity used, lot number, and tank the product came from.

•  Visually check tanks for cleanliness before filling, also check to make sure all valves are closed before pumping product into them.

•  Operate control panels for equipment.

•  Maintain a clean and safe work environment during shift by washing product down floor drains, washing out and hanging up unused hoses, and properly storing unused pumps

High school diploma or GED preferred

 

Ability to work 4 on 4 off schedule; 12 hours per day

 

Ability to operate and understand computer hardware and software as it relates to the operation and control of this process

 

Ability to operate a forklift
