The Vice President, Access and Care Management is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of patient access across the Sentara Ambulatory Division including capacity management, reporting and analytics, performance improvement, affinity support services (training, resource pool, consumer experience) and partners with internal and external stakeholders to support the enhancement of practice operations and access to care. The Vice President, Access and Care Management ensures Sentara thinks more upstream along the access journey to be able to respond to both today and tomorrow’s consumer.

Job Summary

BLD - Bachelor's Level Degree (Required), MLD - Master's Level Degree10 years or more of healthcare management and financial experience in healthcare operations within an integrated delivery systems or a large multi-group specialty practice,, At least 5 years of experience with supervision of a teamSkills
