About the Role  Lead the Pack at Scenthound! As a Membership Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving membership sales and creating an exceptional customer experience. • Drive membership sales and revenue growth by educating customers on the benefits of routine hygiene for dogs 
• Lead, train, and develop a high-performing sales and service team 
• Build relationships with dog parents and community partners
• Execute grassroots marketing to engage the local community to increase brand awareness 
• Manage daily operations to maintain efficiency, cleanliness, and service excellence 

What We’re Looking For 

• A proactive, results-driven leader with a passion for sales 
• Someone who is coachable, adaptable, and eager to grow 
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a team and connect with customers 
• A commitment to dog safety and wellness 
• Retail or membership-based sales experience
• Grassroots or event-based sales a plus

Compensation: $26 - 28/ hour (Base + Tips + Bonus)
