RBT or CNA Respite Center Manager (Part-time/weekends)

At Kids On The Move (KOTM), we know that caregiving is a journey—one that requires both dedication and support. For 40 years, we’ve empowered families by providing essential services that give children the care they need while offering parents a chance to recharge.
We are seeking a Part-Time RBT or CNA Respite Manager to coordinate and oversee respite services for families of children with developmental delays. In this role, you’ll create a safe, engaging environment where children can thrive while their caregivers take a well-deserved break. RBT or CNA Respite Manager Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Current unencumbered RBT or CNA certificate
• Experience working with children preferred
• Work one evening per month (Friday or Saturday night) to oversee respite services
• Provide a nurturing and structured environment that supports each child’s needs
• Ensure safety and well-being while fostering positive interactions and activities
• Communicate effectively with families, ensuring a smooth and supportive respite experience
• Maintain organization and documentation to support program operations

RBT or CNA Respite Manager Benefits & Schedule:

• Part-time position, working one or two Friday or Saturday night per month (5:00 pm to 9:30 pm)
• $16.00 per hour
