Senior Financial Systems Analyst (Development, Security, & Operations Advisor)

Specialized Experience for the GS-14, you must have one year (full 52 weeks) of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as: - Leads analysis, governance, and validation of secure incident workflows to ensure accurate intake, routing, escalation, and reporting; AND - Reviews workflows and system interdependencies to strengthen operational quality, compliance, reliability, and overall mission performance; AND - Interprets Financial Integrity Program requirements, cybersecurity guidance, policies, and stakeholder needs to produce executive level recommendations, improvement plans, and procedural documentation.
