We are looking for experienced Category Operations Managers to bring their passion for the category, and their e-commerce experience to help brands find scale on TikTok Shop. Global brands are our key strategic partners, and we need a dedicated team to provide the best service to them. The team will play a critical role in establishing and leading strategic commerce partnerships between TikTok and the world's top-tier brands.



Our ideal candidate is an entrepreneur who possesses strong communication, ownership, a growth mindset with obsession to deliver results. This person will be a team player, with experience in managing enterprise accounts, open to learning new skills and developing expertise in content commerce, and demonstrate a proven track record of delivering results and problem-solving effectively in a fast moving environment. Responsibilities:

- Discover innovative collaborative models that align with merchants' short-term and long-term development plans, invest platform resources effectively and efficiently, and execute business development strategy by deeply understanding the TikTok Shop proposition and ecosystem, as well as the needs and decision drivers for brands

- Employ a consultative approach - coach and enable your brands to grow their business with the right tools, process, and partnership model

- Be an operator - leverage data and analysis to forecast the business and work cross-functionally to resolve challenges across merchandising, logistics, product, and platform
