Salary: Upto £60,000
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Mechanical Contracts Manager within the building services or M&E sector.
* Strong knowledge of commercial mechanical installations, including HVAC, heating, plumbing, and pipework systems.
* Experience managing multiple projects with values ranging from small works to major installations.
* Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
* Strong commercial awareness and budget management experience.
* Ability to lead site teams and coordinate subcontractors effectively.
* Proficient in reading technical drawings and specifications.
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
Qualifications
* HNC/HND or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline (preferred).
* SMSTS or SSSTS.
* CSCS Card.
* First Aid qualification (desirable).
