Senior Product Manager, Generative AI Data Quality Infrastructure

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 8 years of experience in product management, consulting, co-founder or related technical role.
  
• 3 years of experience building and shipping technical products.
  
• Experience with the domain area of Generative AI or Large Language Models.
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
  
• 5 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.
  
• 5 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., strategic marketing, business operations, consulting).
  
• 4 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to senior leadership.
  
• 3 years of experience in software development or engineering.
  
• 3 years of people management experience with direct reports, and in technical leadership.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $168,000-$252,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Work with infrastructure software engineers, modeling, and researchers in Generative AI teams (e.g., Bard, Gemini, Cloud AI, Workspace, YouTube, etc.) to understand their workflows for Model Evaluations and Data Quality Analysis.
  
• Collaborate with Data Science team to design processes and infrastructure solutions that enable Generative AI teams to streamline Quality flows.
  
• Build product strategy for the broader Data and Model Quality infrastructure space.
  
• Drive prioritization of impact initiatives based on customer needs and market trends, and influence to secure resources.
  
• Drive execution in collaboration with Generative AI partner teams, and other cross-organization collaborator teams, with frequent leadership updates on customer outcomes.
