Welcome to P&Gs Sales Operations! Here, we partner with categories and customer teams to build and lead enterprise operations of industry leading retail platforms. In this Senior A&I Manager role, you will lead the operations, selling activation and innovation roadmap P&G’s shopper learning facility.

You can expect to:

• Serve as a shopper and retail thought leader and consultant with executives and across a wide variety of category and customer teams, influencing decisions at the highest levels of the company
• Lead 3rd Party operations to deliver superior research and customer service at shopper facility.
• Collaborate with corporate function, categories, Customer Teams, and suppliers to translate business questions into superior shopper research design
• Create and lead research facility innovation roadmap defining research and digitization approaches to accelerate insights across P&Gs Growth Accelerators.
• Build compelling, persuasive enterprise shopper stories to elevate customer team selling experiences.

Job Qualifications

The following backgrounds and experiences can support a fast startup in the role:  

• Expertise in experimental research design
• Strong knowledge and experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Compelling, persuasive oral and written communication skills
• Proven ability to build strong, collaborative cross functional relationships
• Category Management, Shopper Based Design and/or Packaging experience
• Consumer Package Goods experience
