To strengthen our Client Success team, we are looking for qualified employees who can support our customers as competent contacts on all topics related to capital markets. Because "digital" does not mean "far away".

Job Description

• You are a reliable contact person both for existing customers and for those interested in our services in France and Italy
• You work closely with other departments to find quick solutions for more complex questions
• You are responsible for customer satisfaction and customer retention
• You continuously expand your financial knowledge through internal training as well as through self interest
• You use the feedback of our customers and identify potential for improvement of our product as well as internal processes
• You will work closely with Product, Capital Markets, Sales and Operations

Qualifications

• You have an affinity for capital market products and digital solutions
• Experience in supporting customers via phone, E-mail, chat, and/or in person
• A genuine passion for customer service and ownership of the customer experience, including comprehensive issue resolution
• You can work independently in a dynamic, constantly changing environment.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or Economics; or a professional background in banking is preferred but not required
• You are fluent in French, Italian and English
