Sphera is seeking a Consulting Director with at least 10 years of experience in product sustainability, people leadership, and business development to join our Sustainability Consulting Team. 

In this role, you’ll help shape the future of how we manage our team as well as support companies around the world in their sustainability journey. If you have an insatiable appetite for learning more about our approach and best practices as well as mentoring people, we would love to hear from you. Our sustainability experts help organizations develop, design, and execute integrated sustainability strategies with full transparency to help companies make smarter, more sustainable business decisions. Through Sphera’s combination of software, data, and expertise, we are in the unique position to support companies in their sustainability journey as they set sustainable targets and map out their path to net zero emissions.

  Tasks and Responsibilities: 

• Manage various teams 

• Foster responsible team members that are motivated and achieve set targets 

• Provide mentorship, develop skills of consultants, and develop team members to next professional level 

• Lead and coordinate global resources 

• Drive own sales opportunities 

• Represent Sphera in client contact with seniority to partner in our sales efforts to close global business 

• Maintain key relationships and accounts, facilitating the development of our client’s sustainability programs.
