Summary:
We're seeking an energetic and collaborative individual to play a pivotal role in our Growth Incubator team in Copenhagen. Reporting to the Head of New Categories, you'll be instrumental in supporting innovative ventures beyond tobacco. Your responsibilities include initiating and sustaining change, analyzing global market trends, and uncovering new business opportunities. This role requires deep analytical skills, the ability to collaborate across departments, and the confidence to craft strategic directions based on insights. Clear communication and relationship-building within the organization are essential in this fast-paced environment.
What can you expect as an International Associate Project Manager, Growth Incubator?
- Support the team with day-to-day operational tasks.
- Identify new potential growth areas for the Group through detailed data analysis.
- Lead initial discovery phases with an analytical approach to unearth viable new business prospects.
- Contextualize opportunity areas’ relevance for STG.
- Deliver sharp recommendations based on complex information.
- Keep up to date with industry developments to adapt our strategic direction.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise (that matter most for this role):
- Problem-solving orientation with a profound appreciation for the role of data analytics in strategic decision-making.
- Exceptional ability to interpret complex data, extract insights, and provide informed strategic recommendations.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects with a data-centric approach.
- Self-motivated individual capable of driving projects to completion with minimal supervision.
- Team player with the ability to excel under pressure and adapt to dynamic changes in the status quo.
- Strong stakeholder management and cooperative skills, fostering effective collaboration across the organization.
- Up to 4 years of experience in an analytical or project role, preferably within a central team.
- Comfortable with numerical analysis, and assumptions, and experienced in building business cases.
- Possesses an international, commercial, and data-driven mindset.
- Mastery in Excel and PowerPoint, with proven experience in utilizing data analytics tools.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
- Holds a degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
